Both bikes feature the same welded-aluminum AF chassis and high-end DW-Link suspension, ensuring durability and ride quality minus the carbon pricing. Additionally, both Ripmo and Ripley have the same SRAM Universal Derailleur Hangar and nifty in-frame storage for emergency glucose, a multi-tool and anything else that makes rides even better.

MX It Up

The signature flip chip makes both Ripmo AF and Ripley AF mixed-wheel compatible, though most builds come standard with 29” rims (unless you opt for the Ripmo in size SM or MD, which both unbox in MX form).

Like the carbon Rip twins, the AF editions come in five sizes—small, medium, extra medium, large, and extra large—with size-specific parts across the range. That means optimized geo for riders as short as 5’ and as tall as 6’7”.

For those with a downhill-first mentality that still want to earn every berm, the park-ready and enduro-capable Ripmo AF was built for steep descents and chunky terrain. This democratically priced bike eats up bike-park hits yet climbs far better than it should, despite it’s relatively squishy longer travel.

Radly Ripping

Ripley AF’s lighter frame and shorter travel make it faster on long fire-road grinds and technical punchy climbs. Weighing in under 33 pounds, it climbs like a XC bike but descends far above its 140/130mm label, perfect for riders who mix big mileage with the odd rowdy line.
