Ripmo SRAM 90 build with wireless shifting and long-travel DW-Link control
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"The SRAM 90 Transmission really pushes this Ripmo AF build over the edge—it’s ultra-smooth, even when you’re mashing uphill or mid-air. Ibis nailed the geometry, and the DW-Link keeps you glued to the ground when you need it, yet light on your feet when it’s time to pop. It’s an aluminum workhorse that rides like a flagship carbon build."
The Ripmo AF SRAM 90 is built for riders who want top-tier performance without the carbon price tag. Constructed with a burly aluminum frame and outfitted with Ibis’s proven DW-Link suspension, this version of the Ripmo delivers 160mm of front and 150mm of rear travel—ready for steep descents, blown-out berms, and rough high-alpine singletrack. Flip chips in the rear allow for running a 27.5” wheel for quicker handling, or full 29” for maximum rollover. It's fully coil-compatible and features in-frame storage, molded frame protection, and internal cable routing for a clean, quiet ride.
Up front, the RockShox Lyrik delivers a responsive and stiff platform with 160mm of plush travel, matched by the RockShox Super Deluxe Select shock tuned for traction and control under load. The SRAM 90 Eagle Transmission adds flawless shifting, even under maximum pedaling torque, with a setup that's tough enough to endure enduro abuse. Its GX Transmission chain, XS 1275 cassette, and 30t crankset complete the high-performance drivetrain.
Rolling on Blackbird Send Alloy wheels and Maxxis DHF/DHR II tires with EXO+ protection, the Ripmo SRAM 90 build offers exceptional durability and grip. Whether racing enduro or chasing trail hero moments, this build brings pro-level performance to a full-metal platform.
Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning-and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.
