Why We Like The Thule Revert 6-Bike Hitch Rack

Innovative and convenient, the Thule Revert 6-Bike Hitch Rack helps us carry the whole crew's bikes from home to trailhead with a hassle-free design. This vertical rack assists with raising and tilting the bike rack away from the rear of the vehicle when fully loaded for access to the trunk, while also being able to lower and raise for weight assistance. The roll-in and roll-out front wheel basket design minimizes the need for lifting bikes, while the durable wheel straps ensure bikes are firmly secured during transit to prevent fork or frame damage.

A little heavy but other than that it's great.

Solid very sturdy. Definitely is going to last me a long time. Just a little heavy getting it installed and removed

Finally The Best Vertical Bike Rack

I have been so pleased with this rack. I had a competitors rack for the lest 3 years, I am so happy I sold it and went with the far superior Thule Revert. This is hands down the best Vertical bike rack on the market.

Thule ReVert

I am a bicycle sales rep in British Columbia. I use the Thule ReVert to travel with 6 E-bikes. The ReVert handles the weight of the bikes flawlessly. The adjustable wedge keeps the Revert solid in your receiver. If you are thinking about getting your next bike rack, think Thule Revert!

So far so good!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I've used a few times now and I'm really happy with it so far. There was a bit of a learning curve figuring out how to get the bikes on and off (I'd never used a vertical rack before), but I've got it figured out now and it's so much easier than loading mountain bikes on my 4 bike tray, no more heavy bike lifting or loosening headsets to make them all fit. My kid's 24" mountain bike fits without the adapter (Transition Ripcord), but I think I would need it for anything smaller.

Outstanding Rack!

This rack makes loading Enduro and even E-Bikes a breeze. The integrated lock (add-on) is a must, and the bike repair (wash) stand is also a great addition.

Très satisfaite !

Très contente de notre achat. Le rack est bien fait, léger mais robuste et facile d'utilisation. J'aime beaucoup qu'on puisse avoir accès au coffre même avec les vélos dessus.

Great Sturdy Rack that’s easy to Lift Loaded

Bought this about a month ago and it’s an awesome sturdy rack. The lift assist makes it a pleasure.

Solid rack, easy to use

This rack is awesome. Assembles easily. Holds bikes securely, although I have not taken it on logging roads yet. The hydraulic actuator makes loading and unloading easy. When empty you need to pull the rack down when lowering it.

Solid Rack But Still Easy to Move!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After getting this together, which, I'll admit, took longer than I expected, this rack felt VERY SOLID. It does have suggestions for newton-meters on different bolts so if you have a torque wrench, that will come in handy. Now the real stuff -- if you need access to your trunk while traveling with bikes, this is the way! I bring my two kids on rides and need to put our pull behind trailer in the back of our pick up, but then there's no room for my husband and I's bikes. This is a great, solid, well-built solution that allows us to pack the bed of the truck full, still have access to it, and bring six bikes along. The straps are intuitive and easy to use. The lever is secure and I'm confident it will smoothly move the bikes up and down, even fully loaded. You feel a bit of a super human when doing it because it looks like it should weigh so much, and then you just gently push it back into place. I have a fat bike adapter as well as 20 and 24 inch bike wheel adapters to use once my kids move up into those bike sizes. One con is it's HEAVY. If you are taking this on and off multiple times in a week, you're going to notice the weight. This would be best for someone riding often. That said, it is very easy to remove from the hitch and then put back on and tighten. As long as you have someone willing to carry it, it's not hard to take on and off. If you're looking for a very well built and heavy duty bike rack that's going to last for years and can carry SIX big bikes without any issues -- this is the rack!
