X1 Chain - 11-Speed

In creating the more budget-friendly X1 1x11 group, SRAM also introduced new value-oriented 1x11 parts, such as this SRAM X1 Chain. The interface between the chainrings and the chain of SRAM's new 1x11 drivetrains is where half the magic happens, thanks to the X-SYNC chainrings' specially-shaped teeth that virtually lock the chain to the ring to prevent chain drop. While the X1 chain doesn't have the Hard Chrome durability-enhancing treatment of the more expensive XX1 chain, it's built around the same reliable, smooth-shifting 1x11 drivetrain geometry, and from excellent materials spawned from generations of SRAM's toughest chains.
