The Shimano XTR M9250 Di2 Drivetrain Upgrade Kit is built for riders who want the lightest, fastest, and most intelligent drivetrain Shimano has ever produced. The kit features your choice of medium or long cage rear derailleur, designed to pair with 9–45T or 10–51T cassettes, respectively, and includes either a bar clamp or I-Spec EV-mounted wireless shifter.

At the heart of the system is Shimano’s wireless Di2 platform, combining HYPERGLIDE+ shifting with lightning-fast electronic control. The rear derailleur incorporates automatic impact recovery, a wide-link skid-plate design, and Shadow RD+ stabilization for durability on the roughest trails.
