The Stigmata Force 1x AXS RSV is a race-caliber gravel platform built around Santa Cruz’s Carbon CC layup for a high stiffness-to-weight ratio and fatigue-reducing compliance. The chassis responds instantly to accelerations, tracks accurately through washboarded corners, and remains predictable when you’re descending fast on variable surfaces. With a 27.2mm post and full-carbon fork, the system damps chatter without muting steering feedback, so line changes remain precise at speed.

Transmission and braking are tuned for hard efforts and long days. Force AXS lever ergonomics deliver consistent modulation and tactile shifts, driving an X0 Eagle AXS T-Type rear derailleur across a 10–52t cassette. The result is wide-range gearing with tight control over cadence whether you’re drilling a headwind section or crawling up double-digit grades. Force hydraulic calipers paired to 160mm Centerline rotors provide repeatable, heat-stable braking in dust, rain, and heat.

Rolling stock matters most when terrain gets rough. Reserve 25|GR rims laced to DT Swiss 350 hubs with 36t engagement hold speed and resist pinch damage, while Maxxis Rambler 700×45c tires keep rolling resistance low with reliable edge grip on loose-over-hard. Reserve Fillmore valves simplify tubeless setup and maintenance mid-season. Practical details include a threaded 68mm bottom bracket for straightforward service, UDH compatibility for drivetrain future-proofing, three bottle mounts for extended range, and clearance up to 50mm in 1x (45mm in 2x). At approximately 19.14lb, this build blends start-line punch with the resilience to roam far beyond the course tape.
