Suspension duties are handled by a 130mm Marzocchi Z2 Float EVOL fork up front and a 120mm Fox Float DPS Performance rear shock with sealed bearing eyelet and size-specific tuning for optimized kinematics across all frame sizes. The RIDE-4 adjustable geometry system adds even more versatility by letting riders fine-tune the head and seat tube angles to match their trail style or terrain. Boost axle spacing and a dropper post with travel tuned per frame size round out a geometry package built for aggressive pedaling and downhill control.

Performance components throughout make the Element Carbon 30 ready to ride right off the floor.
