Optimized for cooling and aerodynamics, the Ventral Air MIPS keeps riders cool and protected on long rides

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:

"This helmet provides some of the best ventilation I’ve experienced. The airflow design keeps my head cool even in the hottest conditions, and the aerodynamic shaping helps reduce drag. The Mips Integra system adds an extra layer of safety, and the fit system is easy to dial in. It’s the perfect blend of performance and comfort."

Engineered for elite performance, the POC Ventral Air MIPS redefines helmet aerodynamics and cooling efficiency. Extensive CFD testing has shaped its airflow system, ensuring precise ventilation through internal channels that regulate temperature at any speed. The aerodynamically optimized trailing edge minimizes turbulence, improving overall efficiency while maintaining exceptional breathability.

Constructed with a fully wrapped unibody shell and an EPS liner, this helmet offers superior impact absorption without adding unnecessary weight. The Mips Integra system provides additional rotational impact protection, reducing the risk of head injuries in angled crashes. The lightweight adjustment system guarantees a secure and customized fit, while the integrated eyewear garage keeps sunglasses securely in place during intense efforts. Whether racing, training, or tackling long climbs, the Ventral Air MIPS delivers unparalleled comfort, safety, and performance.

Standout helmet.

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

This helmet has exceeded my expectations. Right out of the box, it felt like it was the helmet I've been missing for years. It fit great, it was much lighter, and the ventilation is the best I've known. The strap is even better and it does not try to share the same space as my sunglasses. Averaging over 3000 miles a year since the pandemic, I've used many helmets and gear. This one is worth leaving a review.

Light and extremely well-fitting

I've always had a problem getting a helmet that fits perfectly -- my head hovers between S and M, size-wise. I decided on the smaller version of this helmet and, when it arrived, I took it out of its box (and nice white bag) and put it on my head. It fit instantly; no need to adjust; I turned my head to confirm the fit, did up the chin strap and...that's all I've done to it. Several rides in, it's the most unobtrusive helmet I've worn -- wonderfully light, nicely ventilated, and generally ideal.
