What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
“The frame is built for solo efficiency—narrow frontal area, bottle-optimized down tube, and tidy TiCR routing. Rival XPLR AXS handles load-shifts cleanly, 160mm rotors stay consistent, and the MOST Carbon 45s feel fast yet compliant. The Fidlock mounts and down-tube tool bay make race storage aero instead of noisy.”
The GREVIL F5 translates aerodynamic intention into real-world gravel speed. Solo Dynamics tube shaping reduces drag around the head tube and down tube, and the latter is profiled to maintain clean flow with 750ml bottles—where most gravel race bikes spend their time. That same down tube houses an integrated tool compartment accessible without removing the cage, eliminating rattly saddle bags and helping the bike stay quiet and aero over corrugations. The new Onda fork trims weight and transmits steering inputs precisely while filtering high-frequency chatter, and tool-free 12×100/12×142 axles accelerate wheel swaps in the pits or at a roadside plug stop.
Compliance is strategically placed. Pinarello’s adaptive seatpost provides about 10mm of longitudinal flex, tuned to reduce seated fatigue over hours of pedaling. Working in concert, Twin Arms seatstays let the rear triangle track rough surfaces without sacrificing lateral stiffness, so the bike holds lines when you’re pushing big power across washboard. MOST’s TiCR cockpit keeps hoses internal for a tidy, aero front end while preserving predictable ergonomics for long days in the extensions or on the hoods. Vittoria Terreno T50/45 tires offer a fast center tread with ample shoulder support on loose-over-hard, and the MOST Gravel Carbon 45 wheelset balances aerodynamic depth with enough resiliency for chunky sectors.
Rival XPLR AXS brings wireless simplicity and precise shifting with gearing breadth for race-pace flats and steep connectors alike, and Rival hydraulic calipers with 160mm rotors deliver stable, heat-resistant braking in dust and rain. Practical touches—UDH-style serviceability not required here thanks to the road/gravel standard, but tool-free axles, integrated storage, and clean routing—lower maintenance overhead and noise so you can focus on pacing and position. When the strategy is to conserve watts in the wind, stay seated and efficient over rough ground, and attack late, the GREVIL F5 provides the platform to make it stick.
Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning—and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive. If you want to double-check the details, our Gearheads are always here to help.
