I don't really understand what Pearl Izumi is going for with the sizing on this short, I'm 5'9 and a 32" waist and have worn mediums for Pearl Izumi for the last 2 decades but couldn't even get my thigh through the leg. I bought this to replace a previous medium sized Attack short and they're completely different sizes.
