Great daily bag for work commute

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I have an ebike (Ride1Up 700 series) and decided to purchase this bag for my daily commute to work. It is an excellent bag - it carries everything I need (computer, lunch, water bottle, jacket, and shoes) and has keep it perfectly dry when biking in the rain. The backpack is comfortable to wear as well.

Fine bag, with one annoying issue

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

I bought this bag for my daily commuting, to upgrade my 15yo ortlieb classic panniers with something I could more easily walk a few blocks with. So far the bag has been good in terms of being easy to load on the bike, and the conversion from pannier to backpack is relatively easy. It looks good for a 'pannier backpack', except for my one gripe with this bag. The problem involves the fabric flap that you move from back to front when converting between bike/back. The fabric is held on with 3 little fittings, but two of them are just a plastic piece that goes into a gap in fabric, with nothing that securely grabs them. It's very easy for the plastic pieces to become free of the fabric, which means that the fabric flap piece of my bag is always flopping around.

just what I was looking for, pretty big

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

If you're on the fence about what size to get, they seem large relative to the claimed capacity. The 20L is a pretty big backpack on me. I can comfortably fit my laptop and accessories, lunch, a change of clothes, and an extra jacket in it. The 26L is really huge (I saw it in-person at REI) which would be nice if you're going to use it for your grocery shopping or if you take a ton of stuff commuting, but for my purposes it would generally be too much (keeping in mind I'm not a large person)
