I bought these a month ago. I purchased a size 42 W which is a 1/2 size bigger than the regular width 42 usually fits. I kelp it but use some heel pads. From a width perspective, it's very comfortable. The sole is very stiff, so it will take a month to get use to it. The upper is also stiff which can hurt.
