Here's what customers have to say

The smart scale provides a range of health and fitness data, including weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and hydration levels. Many users found the integration with the companion app convenient for tracking trends over time. However, some reported concerns about the accuracy of the body composition metrics, as well as occasional connectivity problems. While the scale offers comprehensive features, the reliability issues and premium price point may be drawbacks for some consumers.

Works well with Garmin app and Garmin 965

I bought this a few weeks ago. I like it. It sinks well with Garmin App. It’s a little hard to wake up in the morning. I was hoping it would tell me how much fluid I lost after a run, but that category isn’t there. Otherwise, I like it and it seems accurate.

Great Scale

Was easy to set up and synch with my Connect phone app so that the data is integrated with my activity data. Eat to read and accurate.

Great for single user, some hiccups for multi

I bought this last month and everything was perfect until I added my son and nephew as users. The scale keeps thinking im my son and he I. It resets our weight in our connect app each time amd we manually change it back. We are 40lbs different so I don't understand why it keeps doing this. I've tried resetting it a couple of times but same issue. Hopefully I get it fixed somehow. As a single user the metrics are super useful, set up and use are easy peasy. If it wasnt for the multi user difficulties I would give 5 stars.

Not a bad product but improvements needed

I bought the scale as an easier method to getting weight measurements into Garmin connect. My only complaint is the tapping to wake/scroll users. This function is rather obscure, in that there aren’t any directions other than tap to wake and tap to scroll. I’ve tried the tap to wake and I always have to bend over and literally pick the unit up in order to get it to wake up. Is there a special place to tap to wake/scroll or do I have a defective unit? Other than that the scale works as it should. Luckily I didn’t pay full retail on this product. Definitely not worth full retail in my eyes. Good product but would’ve expected better laid out directions about the tapping or put a button on top to wake and scroll.
