So Far, so good, FSA.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
First off, Backcountry is amazing. I had first-hand service with a Gearhead on the chat option to figure out which wheels were best for my mountain bike and they were great. Turns out, there was a SNAFU with some of the information on their website and the product didn't fit my bike. Backcountry worked diligently and patiently with me to get it right. They did amazing. As for the wheels, I am satisfied, so far. Took my first ride on them, since I was able to get the bike back together and they were great. A little heavier than I had anticipated, but I am hoping the weight will compensate with their durability. I am hard on wheels in the trails and with the roots and rocks we deal with in Maryland, I am hoping these FSA wheels will prove to be stronger than my prior set.
