Five Ten Trailcross LT offers breathable, grippy performance for pedal and hike-heavy adventures
What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:
"This is my go-to for bikepacking and backcountry loops. They’re light, packable, and stick to pedals like glue—but the real win is how good they are when you're off the bike too."
Engineered for riders who don't stop when the trail ends, the Five Ten Trailcross LT Cycling Shoe combines the grip of a performance flat-pedal shoe with the flexibility and breathability of a trail runner. Its low-bulk design and lightweight construction make it perfect for rides where hike-a-bike sections, creek crossings, or off-bike scrambling are just part of the experience.
The ultra-breathable mesh upper sheds heat and moisture, while the reinforced toe cap shields against unexpected trail strikes. Underfoot, the Stealth® Phantom rubber delivers best-in-class grip on flat pedals and slick surfaces alike. The EVA midsole cushions impacts without dulling feel, making the Trailcross LT ideal for both aggressive riding and full-day epics that demand versatility.
Whether you're bikepacking through varied terrain or piecing together routes that require as much walking as pedaling, this shoe offers the comfort and capability to handle it all with confidence.

Great shoes for the trails
Nice colour and comfortable, can feel the difference wearing these on the bike rather than old running shoes which I was wearing

Really comfortable
I have had the waterproof version of the Five Ten Trailcross Mid shoe for a few years, and decided to get the low-top version for summer. I've been wearing Freeriders for many years, but it seems like the toebox has gotten narrower in recent years and even when I go up a half size they are still unpleasantly tight. The Trailcrosss seems to have a roomier toe box area while still fitting my narrow heels well. I normally wear a women's size 8 but I decided to get these in men's 6.5 in the hopes they'd be a bit wider. They fit me perfectly. I wish other styles of Five Tens were offered with a wider toe box.

Great MTB shoe.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits true to size. Takes some time to break in top near toe box but after a couple of rides it got much better.
