Cervélo’s Áspero-5 frameset is engineered for the demands of modern gravel racing. The design draws directly from the S5’s aerodynamic profile, with a deep bottom bracket, wheel cutout, and seat gussets to minimize drag. The frame achieves a system weight of just over 2,000g, including a 1,025g frame and 420g fork, without sacrificing stiffness or handling. The new SP27 seatpost, in a zero-offset design, further reduces weight while maintaining comfort and fit flexibility.

The Áspero-5’s fully internal cable routing, UDH compatibility, and T47A threaded bottom bracket make it both high-performance and easy to live with. The integrated in-frame storage system is the lightest available, adding practical utility for racers and adventurers alike.
