The Cannondale Habit 3 Alloy Mountain Bike is a versatile trail platform designed to balance fun and function. Its SmartForm C1 Alloy frame features Cannondale’s Proportional Response suspension and geometry, tuned for each size to deliver ideal kinematics and ride feel. This means more control and traction where it counts, no matter the frame size.

Up front, the RockShox Pike provides 140mm of travel with a DebonAir spring and a 42mm offset for nimble steering on tight terrain. Out back, the Deluxe Select+ shock with two-position mode adjust and rebound tuning keeps the rear wheel glued to the trail through roots, rocks, and drops. The SRAM NX Eagle 12-speed drivetrain paired with a 10–50T cassette ensures we’ve got the range to power through high-mileage days, with smooth shifting throughout.

With 29-inch wheels, a mix of Maxxis Dissector and Rekon EXO casing tires, and a TranzX dropper post, the Habit 3 is primed for fast-paced trail riding. SRAM’s G2 R hydraulic brakes and tubeless-ready Stan’s NoTubes rims round out a build ready for weekend epics, after-work laps, and everything in between.
