Order Cancellation

Most online orders* may be canceled before they begin packing in the warehouse. Orders may begin packing within 30 minutes of being placed, depending on the time of day and warehouse activity.

Cancelling your order online will cancel the entire order. If you wish to replace your order, you will need to start a new purchase. To cancel a single item without cancelling the entire order, call 1-801-204-4681 or click the chat icon to speak with a Gearhead.

To cancel your order online:

• Log in to your account and navigate to your Order History. If you checked out as a guest, visit the Order Status page and enter your email address and order number.

• If your order is still available to cancel, you will see a "Cancel Order" button at the top of your order summary.

• Click the "Cancel Order" button to cancel your entire order.

• If the "Cancel Order" button is not present, your order has already begun packaging and cannot be cancelled. In this case, please contact our Gearheads via online chat or by calling 1-801-204-4681 for further assistance, or you may create a return.

Once you cancel your order, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email, and the order status will be labeled "Cancelled" in your Order History.

Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your bank or card statement.

*Orders containing a bike or items fulfilled by a vendor may not be cancelled online. Please contact a Gearhead by chat or call 1-801-204-4681 for assistance with your order.

*Once purchased, eGift cards cannot be cancelled.
